ALUMINUMBeer & pop cans only! Rinse & Crush. NO TINFOIL!
ANTIFREEZE$.75 per gallon. Attendant will drain into on-site
Corrugated boxes and brown paper bags ONLY! Flatten & keep dry.
GLASSClear, Brown, & Green Jar/Bottle. Remove caps, rinse
clean, and separate by color. NO WINDOW GLASS, LIGHTBULBS OR DISHES.
MAGAZINESMagazines and catalogues. Keep dry.
MOTOR OIL$.25 per gallon. Engine, hydraulic, and gear oil. Drain into on-site
container and throw used container away!
OFFICE PAPEREnvelopes, computer printouts, copy paper, paper junk mail, etc.
OIL FILTERS$.25 each. Any vehicle oil filters. Bin located next to oil tank.
PLASTICPlastics (#1-7 only) bottles and tubs. NO 5 Gallon pails. Remove all caps.
TIN CANSFruit, vegetable, and soup. Clean and remove labels, and
flatten if possible.
BATTERIES-WET CELLCar, truck, motorcycle, and snowmobile. Lead-acid type.
BATTERIES- DRY CELL"A" "D", etc. Alkaline batteries.
Button (watch, calculator) Non-rechargeable. Accepted in scale office with a $1.50/pound charge.
BATTERIES-RECHARGEABLEPower tools, "A"-"D" , Ni-Cad. Available
at hardware stores. See list of stores below or accepted in scale office.
MIXED PAPERAll papers are collected 'co-mingled', which means that newspapers, magazines, catalogues, office paper, books, pamphlets, etc... are all collected in the same bins.
MIXED CONTAINERSAll containers (glass, plastic, aluminum cans & tin cans) are collected together
RECHARGEABLE DROP OFF
